Bata x Coke Collab :
The Real Thing

We were entrusted by Bata Heritage to help brand their collaboration with the world’s second famous drink, right before beloved water, Coca-Cola. This unique union gave birth to a collection of limited edition Bata sneakers imprinted with one of the most iconic logos known to man.

While these fresh kicks were the epitome of chic, they still needed help designing digital and physical collaterals to complement the one-of-a-kind collection. That’s where we came in.

COURAGE IS
HALFWAY TO SUCCESS

Tomas Bata

“The Real Thing” was the tagline chosen for this campaign - adopted from Coca-Cola’s slogan widely used in the 70’s. Naturally, we designed the Street Style Report/Lookbook to perfectly encapsulate this raw authenticity of the stories and photographs the collaboration aimed to share. Our priority was to visually highlight the individuality of the diverse subjects and at the same time manifest the energy these soles brought in every page.

Collage of shoes and urban scenes, featuring a person sitting on a curb with white sneakers and a white bag, and another person standing with white sneakers on a sidewalk.

To deliver a more immersive experience online, we created bite-sized videos to amplify the inimitable tie-up that worked in harmony with the street vibe we moulded. The result garnered positive engagement beyond our expectations and was well received across the globe.

The Perfect Addition to the Perfect Edition

To elevate the ruggedness and vitality of the streets, we realised they needed an element no stranger to those who believe in keeping it real. The custom made longboards we designed symbolises what The Real Thing stood for while preserving the exclusivity of this unity. It features the collaboration logo we designed to distinctively express the rarity of this companion that pairs gracefully with the limited edition shoes.
