A new photographic realm awaits with the all new Canon EOS R50.

Having developed a camera tailored towards seasoned vloggers or aspiring content creators, Canon’s new EOS R50 offered greater accessibility and possibilities for vlogging to both audiences.

To reach out to these two groups, we collaborated with 4 notable local influencers to cover popular vlogging genres: Travel, Beauty, Lifestyle and Food. Despite being an entry-level camera, the EOS R50 inherits powerful features from the EOS M50 Mark II. Not only that, it is also the first R system camera that has moved away from the M system under this category.

Incorporating this idea into our visuals, we created a series of videos that began with entering a portal, leading viewers into a new ‘world of vlogging’ while providing insights on what a content creator can do with the capabilities of Canon’s EOS R50.

With the idea of inviting consumers to step into a new world of vlogging with this new camera, we came up with the tagline: ‘Move into a New Realm’. It contains a subtle hint towards the shift in systems by using ‘M’ in the first word and ‘R’ in the last word.

In all of the video genres, we made sure to tie the most suitable product features to the right scenario so that the audience can fully connect based on their interests. This concept and design were also used for developing the campaign’s key visuals, social posts, and its digital product brochure. We ensured that the designs remained trendy visually while appealing to today’s audience.
